Role Description:

We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to help showcase the magic behind our work! This role is perfect for someone who loves Disney, storytelling, and aesthetic content creation. You’ll help plan, capture, and share our setups across social platforms, highlighting our signature style and connecting with potential clients in an authentic, engaging way.

Pay: $20/hr + Competitive Bonuses 
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (in-person days required in the Orlando area)
Schedule: Must be available weekends; holidays off

At Ring It On Events, we transform ordinary hotel stays into extraordinary celebrations. From romantic surprises to whimsical birthday setups, we specialize in creating magical, themed décor experiences that make every guest’s stay unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

• Capture behind-the-scenes content during setup days (photo & video)
   

• Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
   

• Create engaging captions and trend-based content ideas
   

• Assist with social media analytics and engagement (replying to comments, messages, etc.)
   

• Collaborate on campaign ideas, seasonal content, and upcoming launches
   

• Occasionally assist with light décor setup for content purposes

• Help define and develop Ring It On Events’ brand voice.

• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand voice across all social platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video creation
   

• Comfortable filming and editing videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
   

• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
   

• Must be local to the Orlando area and available for occasional in-person shoots

• Willing to occasionally travel
   

• Weekend availability
   

• Reliable transportation
