Now, let's dive into everything you need to know about booking your In-room decor celebration with Ring it On Events !

1. What types of accommodations can you decorate?

We offer in-room decorating services for Walt Disney World Resort hotels, and Airbnb properties. Whether you're staying at a resort or a cozy vacation rental, we can create a magical surprise just for you!

2. How do I schedule my setup?

  1. Choose your desired package and specify the decor date, time window, and property information.
     

  2. Provide information on character options or color requests
     

  3. Complete payment at booking to confirm your reservation.
     

3. Can I be present during the setup?

We ask that the space be empty during your scheduled setup window. This allows us to work efficiently and ensures your setup remains a surprise if it's meant to be one! If you're nearby, we’ll be happy to coordinate timing to make sure everything is ready before your arrival.

4. Can you decorate our room before we arrive?

We aren’t able to enter your room before you've officially checked in. For arrival day setups, we can only begin after the resort’s designated check-in time (typically 4 p.m.). A member of your party will need to be present at the front desk to check in and request a key for us. Resorts typically require this step to happen in person.

We’re happy to decorate on your check-in day, but for the most seamless experience, we recommend booking your setup for the first full day of your stay whenever possible.

5. When can I reserve my date?

We release new availability on a rolling monthly basis, four months out. On the first of each month, the calendar opens for bookings four months ahead.

6. How does the setup process work?

After you book through our site, you’ll receive an email confirming your order along with any necessary access instructions. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out before your setup date.

  • On the day of your setup, we’ll text you when we arrive and again once your décor is complete.
     

  • For front desk deliveries, you’ll be notified via email once your surprise has been dropped off — all deliveries are made by 5:00 PM.

7. When do I pay?

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your date and secure your setup.
     

  • All fees are non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule.
     

8. What if my check-in date is delayed?

  • Please notify us as soon as possible with updated arrival info.
     

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes from the original service window.
     

  • Arriving significantly later than scheduled may require a rescheduling fee.
     

 

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
     

  • After that point, 100% of the booking fee is non-transferable.
     

  • Late changes can't be guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.

  • Cancellations outside of 7 days notice will result in full loss of booking fee and no rescheduling option
     

10. Will the hotel or host remove or rearrange the decorations?


We are not responsible for any alterations by third-party staff.

 

11. Do you clean up after the event?

This Agreement includes setup services only unless otherwise specified in writing. The Client is responsible for the removal and disposal of all décor after the event. If teardown or clean-up services are requested, they must be arranged separately for an additional fee.

 

12. What if something goes wrong or there’s property damage?

  • We take care to protect your property and leave it as we found it.
     

  • However, we are not liable for damages or loss unless directly caused by our negligence. Click here for full terms in our Service Agreement.
     

13. Can you photograph the setup?

Yes! We frequently take photos of completed designs (without identifying personal items) to share in our portfolio and social media.
