Role Description:

We're looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Celebration Decorator & Event Stylist who loves creating unforgettable experiences to join our growing team!

In this hands-on role, you'll transform hotels, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other approved client locations into unforgettable celebration spaces through beautiful balloon décor and thoughtfully styled details. Every setup is designed to create a memorable experience for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons, family vacations, and more.

If you love decorating, enjoy working independently, and take pride in creating beautiful, photo-ready spaces, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: $35–$55 per completed setup (based on package size and complexity)

Hours: 10-15 hours per week (opportunities for more) 
Location: On-site throughout the greater Orlando & Kissimmee area
Schedule: Must have some midweek availability and weekend availability between 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Transform hotels, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other approved client locations into beautiful, photo-ready celebration spaces.

• Inflate, assemble, and install balloon décor while styling personalized signs, florals, gifts, desserts, banners, and themed décor.

• Follow professionally designed setup plans while maintaining our high-quality standards.

• Photograph completed setups, communicate professionally with clients and teammates, and ensure every installation meets our photo-ready standards.

• Safely transport décor supplies between your vehicle and each setup location.

• Represent Ring It On Events with professionalism, positivity, and exceptional attention to detail.

Professional decorating or balloon experience is a plus, but it's not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Working Conditions:

This is an active, hands-on role that requires traveling between hotels, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other client locations throughout the greater Orlando & Kissimmee area.

Decorators should be comfortable:

• Driving between multiple setup locations.

• Carrying décor supplies and equipment between their vehicle and each setup location.

• Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.

• Working in Florida's heat, humidity, and occasional light rain during transport.

• Following each property's access procedures and community guidelines.

​

Safety always comes first. Work pauses during severe weather, including lightning or other unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable SUV, crossover, hatchback, or minivan.

• Current vehicle registration and insurance.

• Smartphone with reliable internet access.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the day.

• Some midweek availability and weekend flexibility.
