Role Description:

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented decorator to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for assembling and styling in-room décor, including balloons, signage, themed accessories, and more at Orlando-area hotels and resorts.

Pay: $45 per in-room setup/ $20 per front desk delivery/mileage reimbursement
Hours: Up to 15 hours per week
Location: On-site at hotels, events, and resort locations (Orlando area)
Schedule: Must be available weekends and between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Execute décor setups with precision and creativity
   

• Handle balloon inflation, floral placement, and decorative styling
   

• Follow design plans or themes while ensuring each room looks picture-perfect
   

• Communicate with clients or team members on setup details
   

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of décor supplies and inventory
   

• Safely transport décor items to and from vehicles and resort rooms

Working Conditions:

This role requires brief periods of working in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and light rain. Decorators must be comfortable walking between parking areas and resort rooms while carrying décor materials.

• Setups may involve outdoor transport in warm temperatures or occasional light rain.
   

• We always prioritize team safety work will pause in unsafe weather, such as lightning or severe storms.
   

• Some setups may also be affected by wind, requiring patience and adaptability during transport.
   

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, registered Compact SUV, Mini-Van, or etc.
   

• Comfortably transporting décor supplies between locations
   

• Weekend availability and flexibility between 9 AM–8 PM
   

• Ability to lift light-to-moderate items (balloon tanks, décor bins, etc.
